Minty Gems Salad

This recipe is more a template for you to create your own beautiful salad with seasonal lettuces. Mix and match flavors, textures, and veggies to make your perfect salad!

Gluten free - Grain free - Vegan
Serves as many as you like!

Lettuces of your choice, like little gem and red leaf!
Sprouts of your choice, like sunflower sprouts seen here.
Baby fennel, celery, kohlrabi, or other crunchy seasonal vegetables of your choice.
Cucumbers, tomatoes, or other juicy seasonal vegetables of your choice.

For the dressing, combine fresh torn mint, with cold-pressed hemp seed and olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper, to taste.

Toss together just before serving and store leftover dressing in the fridge to use throughout the week.
