Watermelon Radish Bruschetta

A colorful, beautiful, and unexpected appetizer to make use of the brilliant watermelon radish!

Vegetarian
Serves as many as desired

Slice of local sourdough bread
Thin layer of cream cheese
Thinly sliced watermelon radish
Drizzle of olive oil
Flaky sea salt

  1. Spread cream cheese on bread (toasted or fresh), and then layer on top radish, greens, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle salt to taste!
